Doing business at Barcelona International Community Day

Barcelona International Community Day presents a full day programme of activities aimed at the expat community in four different areas: personal landing, doing business, enjoying the city and family activities.

Within the business activities, we highlight the conference “Entrepreneurial Barcelona: How to start a business?” by Barcelona Activa, organizer of the event. Speaker Xavier Dumont, head of Entrepreneurial Resources Centre, will explain the different entrepreneurship programmes that Barcelona Activa offers. He will also present the different free services available to set up your business in Barcelona: from legal advice to assistance to decide the best location for your business.

Moreover, Barcelona Activa will also take part in the round table “Made in Barcelona environments: incubators, coworkings, accelerators” by Barcinno Media, an international tech and business specialized online magazine. His founder, Scott Mackin, will be the moderator of this talk focused on the different options available to start your business: from incubators to coworkings, to know which suits your case best.

We also want to highlight other activities among the business offer of Barcelona International Community Day. For example, the round table with the 5 host ambassadors of this fourth edition; as well as the panel discussion “Barcelona welcomes professional women” by Professional Women’s Network Barcelona, with which we will give voice and visibility to women entrepreneurs and business women. You can check out the rest of the programme here.

We remind you that to attend Barcelona ICD on Saturday 21st of October, you just need to get your free ticket here.
